i put my trust in gibbs to do the right thing on draft day, which is drafting at number 9, and 25. at number 9 we take david pollack of GA or erathness james of Wisconson and with the 25th pick in the draft , we draft marlin jackson from michigan. if you look at how well the pats do, and if you look at how well the cheifs offense does, and the chargers last year, and i could name some more, they have no named recievers for the most part, and we have better recievers than them. its not worth it to move up and pick edwards even though i love the guy and he will be a star. pollack and james are both born pass rushers, that can beat there man on any given down for a much needed sack, we dont have that right now. and if we want CB so bad...jackson from michigan is just as good as the next guy and bigger. hes 6'2 or 3 and can cover well, has played safety and CB in college and excelled...this is a much better situation than the trade to get edwards
