its real hard to read where this team will go from here. I guess we will learn a lot over the next few weeks.
We knew we had wholes. Many of us have pointed out some of EJ short coming.
So far, what I think we have seen is...
Hughes will get it done. Dixon steps up. And Kwame can step up.
Now, Kwame is hurt at least to some degree. Now its time to see if Gil can not only step it up but do it in the flows of being a team player and PG also. It just seem very late in the game to be working this out.
As for EJ in the post game. I wasnt very impressed.
He was asked directly. What will you practive on and he said, the same things we always do. So if nothing changes, nothing changes.
Also, this is from WP.
After allowing the Bulls to score 103 points -- more than eight points above their season average -- Coach Eddie Jordan wasn't going to defend the Wizards. "Our defense is what it is," he said. "We're just not very good in a half-court game." . . .
Personally, I think that a very weak answer. And the way he answered that question about Hayes being out. oh man. I was embarrised for him just listening. He sounded like such a baby.
So, we have at least 2 more game before we will really know what we are made of. The time is now.
