Does anybody have problems with the videos at Redskins.com? The long ones always seem to crash on me, and when I restart them they seem to crash at the same spot. Twice I've sent an e-mail to Redskins.com asking for a slider bar and a timer on their new player, but have received no response.

i think it depends on whether or not you have high-speed or dial up. it may suck if you have dial up but with high speed there shouldn't be any problem.

I've had the same issues and on multiple systems behind a T1 and a DSL connection. It'll pop up a small error box stating that the connection has been interrupted and could be due to network problems. I was trying to watch the Defensive OTA video today and it happened.

It happens on almost all of the Gibbs press conferences as well.

I had problems when they went all realplayer and I had to downoad the latest version. For some reason, their site was not recognizing that I had the player and it would promt me to download the player when it was installed. I wrote them a few emails, they wrote me back, and the problem was shortly fixed. They're pretty busy over there, but they're trying real hard.

I have had problems also... and I have high speed internet. Do you think it has anything to do with real player?

After I had similar problems I uninstalled realplayer - then went back to the link and reinstalled. Been fine ever since.

No problems.....but I would suggest upgrading to the Real player 10 (still the free one....never pay for it), it works like a charm.

Mine crash regularly too. The NFL films one stops at the same spot EVERY time!

You all might want to check Real Alternative. I've never had any problems with it, but you'll most likely have to uninstall Real Player.
