Wizards win 86-84.
Gerald Fitch lead the Wizards in scoring with 23 points, on 10-14 shooting, with 4 rebounds and 4 assist.
Ramos had 6 points in 19 minutes, 3-6 from the field, which is at least better than the 1-6 he did last game.
Blatche played 32 minutes and only had 4 points and 5 rebounds.
For the Hornets, Chris Paul put up a nice stat line. He had 12 points and 9 assist. I don't have a clue why J.R. Smith, a starter, was playing in this. And somehow managed a technical foul.

I'm surprised Fitch hasn't gotten on with any NBA team. He was pretty damn good for Kentucky in NCAA.

I hope Fitch sticks around here, like Damone Brown was last season, he could be nice depth for our bench.

It looks like Donnell Taylor and Gerald Fitch are both playing their asses off in an attempt to crack the roster. It'll be interesting to see what, if anything, EG does with them. Perhaps board favorite Party John should spend less time in the weight room and maybe hone (is that a word?) his basketball skills. 19 minutes, 5 fouls, 3 turnovers........1 rebound. At least he dropped 6 points though, that tripled his productivity from the first game. I do hope the Wiz keep PJR around for a while. If nothing, he provides large amounts of comedy by simply existing.

I believe NBA TV is showing all 20 games from next week. I may have to order it for a month

Yeah, Cota came back from Europe and is trying to make the roster. NBA.com has him listed as a player to watch in summer league.

I dont think you would get many people disagreeing when you say Fitch is a huge upgrade.
He really is.
The Wildcats know how to make great pros.
