I guess you can call me stupid... go ahead I won't mind, but why do you think it sounds like a chain email?

I found out about the site through www.worldnetdaily.com at the top of the page.

Nissan Comp. will have to change there name, I doubt Nissan Motars will get the cash they are asking for though.

To be honest, Nissan Computers is in the clear here, IF they can hold on financially through the case. The only way Nissan the car company can win here is if Nissan can no longer do business, and at that point, they can again claim squatting since the company is bankrupt.

This reminds me of something that happened at my school 2 years ago. The guy who was out student council president last name is Braun. Well for his campaign and subsequent term in office he had a website with Braun on it. No stealing of the logo, no mention of the German company just his last name. Yet the nice people from Braun saw his webpage, which i think was www.braun2000.com as a violation of their trademark. It became an ongoing joke at the university. I believe he just changed the webpage name rather then be sued. Not that he expected to lose but he didnt want waste money on lawyers to fight to whole thing.
