ok ok i haven't been around in a few and i dont know if its been posted but....THE SKINZ PASSING PLAYBOOK SUCKS!...the running plays are outstanding, i would even say the best on the game but the passing plays are pathetic...there is no plays to draw a saftey off of your routed reciever and don't dare try to go deep...none of the routes are spread apart and there is no room for error....

Try the Run and Gun, Minnesota, and the New Orleans playbook - they've got a few passing plays in there for ya!

How do you turn the salary cap feature off in franchise mode?

I actually have no problem passing with the Skins playbook. My last game Ramsey went 15-24 with 271 yards. He threw for 3 TD's. I run alot of Comebacks and outs. And a way to really take advantage of Portis or Moss's speed is to send them on Jet routes whenver the defense brings up one or both safties. Just audible out of the running play(if your doing one) to a passing play. Send Moss on a Jet, then Portis on a Jet on the oppostie side, make sure you motionPortis out wide though. What usually happens is Portis gets man on man with a LB. You then have a automatic TD if you can make the throw. I usaully hit either Portis or Moss for a 60 yard TD every game. And yes I am playing on all Madden. Anyway, hope this helps. Oh and I am kinda having trouble running the ball, what run plays do you use that work. Thanks in advance for the help.

I dunno about '06, but running in Madden is usually a matter of picking the right hole and using your blockers to your advantage. Sometimes it helps to lay off of speed boost until you hit the line of scrimmage.

can't go wrong with the counter, I like using the counter in the wishbone formation(I can't remember what the formation is called for the skins but it's 3 lined up in the backfield). but it's a counter to the left and I can break it for a score quite a bit
