I happen to think if healthy, he will be right back in DC.

I think the Redskins are fully prepared to move on without Barrow. I don't see him being brought back and indeed I don't think Barrow wants to come back here.

I can understand why Barrow is frustrated, he really was never injured in his career before signing the rich contract with the Skins and at 35 most teams are not going to take a chance on his health unless their need is dire.

I think the Redskins would not have released Barrow if they felt he was really going to turn out to be a contributor in 2005.

The odds are that Barrow's career is over, at least from the perspective of being a regular.

I think he could catch on as an injury replacement, but that is going to be for vet minimum dollars.

I also don't see Barrow being very effective on turf at his age, where speed and lateral movement are further accentuated.

He might jump on with a team as a back up. I don’t think he could handle only making the minimum.

Watching the game last night between N.O and N.E., I am willing to bet he signs a Vet Min contract with the Patriots. They need help at MLB bad with Bruschi out and Johnson retiring

Look what just happened with Peter Boulware up in Balmer, hun. If no one else wants Barrow and he's willing to take a pay cut, he'll be back.

obviously that was the exception, not the rule. but i think we all wouldn't mind having him back a reduced price.

As unfortunate as it is, I must agree.. Barrow is done

Once the injury bug starts to hit teams, there will be a need for his services albeit at the minimum Vet's salary.

It's too bad he never played for us and cost us a lot of money we could have used elsewhere, but hopefully we are more responsible now (financially speaking).

I have a feeling at some point during the season he will garner some interest. Injuries or something of that nature mihgt cause him to get a call here or there for services.

Howabout Cincinnatti -- this seems to be a place where ex redskins tend to unite.

he could sign with someone for the vet minimum and only cost $450k to the cap - I agree I could see the Pats picking him up.

People talk about the free agent busts we've had (Stubblefield, Jeff George, etc.), but at least these guys took the playing field. How did Barrow contribute to the Redskins organization?

He's cooked...too old, too many injuries...

He could make a team but it will need to be sooner than later......
He never took a snap with the Skins, so it's been more than a season since he's even taken a hit.

Teams that could use him: Patriots, Chicago (Urlacher is injury prone).

I'm suprised that the Colts didn't take him, they must think he is done.
