He was good for us. Why wouldn't he be just as good or better on a more established team with a better QB?

NEWS FLASH........Coles still only averaged 9 yards a catch just like last year. Say hello to another 90 catches for 900 yards season from Mr. Coles.....maybe he should have taken that flat screen. You got to do the math people.

Moss had 13 yards a catch.

He is was my favorite player when he was here so I hope he will succeed. remember the time he reaced all the way back and stripped a defender that picked up a fumble and was going in for a TD? The guy was all hussle. I can't blame him for wanting out of DC in light of our offense.

Sure you can. He's a professional athelete who signed a multi-year contract. There's no clause that states if the team doesn't do well that he can leave. As a professional, it's his responsibility to help the team get better, not abandon them when the going gets tough.

He WAS a favorite of mine....but simply put he quit on our team.
If your a Redskins fan, you shouldn't be rooting for him....IMO

With all due respect, if you were older and had witnessed Gibbs 1, you would see that their were many more 1000 yard receiver performances than 1000 yard backs and in a few years he had 3 receivers with 1000 yards. In essence you can't judge last year vs. Gibbs as he was only getting his feet wet.
Players can't be asking for a trade everytime they don't like something or else we would have 50% of the league being a Manny Ramirez.

I have to say that I agree. He was a warrior.... until he decided to QUIT. I'm sure he'll do well now that he's back with Pennington but if the Jets take a nosedive look for him to pout and sulk again.

He'll only be able to handle so many cortisone shots.

The takeaway for me from that game was seeing Pennington throw the ball... he looked good.
Coles looked good too, people... it's o.k. to admit this. It doesn't make you any less of a skins fan. :)
