Very, very good.

Andyman, I was worrying that the new merger meant you'd be taking a permanent vacation. Glad to see you're back and stronger than ever. Thanks for the scoop. :applause:

if thats the case then LA will officially be back in good graces with the fans. Funny enough though, i think he may already be there. I really wish him success.

Lavars knee is not as big a problem as most think now is it?

I just saw Lavar on NFL total access. Some reporter asked if he was washed up and Lavar said "We'll see" with an evil smile on his face. I'm glad his money issues are settled and people are telling him he is washed up, I just hope he doesn't kill someone on the field...

Not so loud! If Nunyo gets a hold of this and does another article, Lavar could get pissed off again and drag this out for another six months...

It will certainly be a relief to put this interminable nonsense behind us, but I don't want some behind-the-scenes resolution where it will be speculated that the FO caved. I want a full, public admission that there was NO wrongdoing on their part and that the blame lies squarely with the agents. And no extra $$$ whatsoever for Lavar.

Thanks Andyman! I love your chime in's with the messageboard, you get a lot of people excited including me! :)

Also I have never hated on Lavar, his financial situation with Dannyboy is his own business, and as a Redskins fan I will always support our players through tough times.

Well...why shouldn't it be settle the day after LAVAR comes out with a statement that he may be washed up?

I think this "washed up" statement is something that was circulated by Cerrato or the "inner circle" due to the fact that Snyder won't pay him that extra 6 million dollars.

I think Lavar is out to prove he is not washed up, regardless of whether they arrange any kind of settlement or not. Not being the most likely scenario.

But without question, this washed up thing is coming from or stemming from the financial problem Lavar truly believes management thinks he is washed up and they have a RIGHT to be hesitant to put out more money for players that are injured. Look at Barrow. He was washed up and he didn't know it. Brunell was washed up and didn't know it. Now Lavar gets injured and he is suing the team for more money.

He really is a head case, if he thinks he can have a destructive knee injury and then ask the team to give him an extra 6 million dollars. HAAAA...I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING.

If he doesn't put up an MVP type season this year he is gone......it's time for him to seriously lead this defense, and team for that matter. Hopefully, with this behind him, he'll play like a mad man.

I hope not. I'd like to see him retire as a Redskin. The guys got a lot of heart.

Well, If the skins didn't give up any more $$ then it's great news. I love Lavar and the way in which he plays. But in all honesty he hasn't done much in the last 2 years and he's always out of position. I hope he dials it back in this season and gets back to his pro-bowl form.

I like what Lavar said in his recent interview. " I have to be a smarter player" or something like that. It is good to see Lavar admitting that using his head is just as important as laying someone out.
