....I loved it! He was going crazy after that last touchdown. Cheers, Snyder. That was an ugly game, but those 2 TDs in 2 minutes were things of beauty!

He definitely deserves this one.

It was great, but Jerry Jones was the best. He ran down from the luxury box just to his girls lose.

He has every right to go nuts. He deserves it. He has never seen the team win in Dallas as owner.

He is a fan after all, just a billionaire fan!!!!!

Thanks Dan for bringing Joe back...................

Enjoy tonight

Yeh, that was great! Not to mention ruining the Triplets' Ring of Honor night and all those obnoxious, ugly Cowboys' fan getting their hopes up only to get their hearts ripped out of their chests in 2 minutes. LOL

That was perhaps the best part of the game for me. I wondered if anyone else caught that.

I sure would love to have a screen shot of that one....'ahem HINT, HINT any good samaritans out there.

That was truly a great moment. I was jumping up and down and there he was doing the same exact thing. How many owners do you see like that? That shows his passion right there. What a great win! I loved that Snyder was that excited. Gibbs may need extra security, so that Snyder doesn't hurt him when he hugs him.

I am so happy for Dan! After all the money he's spent and all the criticism he's taken, he DESERVES this not only as an owner, but as a fan. Seeing him jumping up and down in the box took me back to January 22, 1983. RFK was rocking and my brother and I were lucky enough to purchase tickets through my employer to go to the game. When Dexter Manley tapped that ball over to Darryl Grant and he took it into the endzone the sound of joy was deafening and no one cared. We were all high as a kite on sheer Redskin euphoria! When the game was over, I had to call my brother in Las Vegas where he now lives to share the news. The Skins are BACK! They beat Dallas IN Dallas on Monday Night Football!!! God bless Joe Gibbs and I hope this is the year Dan's dreams (and all of ours) come true!

Anyone catch Snyder's reaction to the big plays and the win? He looked like we all look when we're standing in front of our tvs trying to will a victory through the screen.

For anyone whoever doubted Snyder, or claimed that he was all about using the Skins to make money, tonight was proof that he wants the Skins to win as bad as we do. Man, I was almost as happy for Dan Snyder tonight as I was for Coach Gibbs. Congrats to both!

I have more proof for you.

Eric and I were on the field. I got a huge hug from Renaldo Wynn and thanked him. I thanked Daniels. We were in the hallway near the locker room. Snyder came SPRINTING DOWN the hall. The look on his face and in his eyes was the PRECISE same look I had. Eric had.

It was a look of blissful happiness mixed with the need to cry. He's a fan. That I know more than anything.

As an owner he had spent alot of money and taken alot of crap for not being able to pull what the Redskins were able to do tonight.

I too fell the need to cry.

This win is huge.

Dan is a life long Redskins fan. Sure he has a financial interest in the Redskins doing well, but if he never bought the team, he would probably of been at home infront of his 120 inch High Def TV doing the exact same thing

I wanted to comment on the sign too!!! I would have torn that piece of crap to shreds. OR at least followed the fool back to his car laughing at him. What a joke. This was no homecoming game was it.. I think they need Aikman at every game. We have had a special night the last 2 times he was there. Lavar knocking him out and then embarrasing him after he was inducted to the ring of fame. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd argue he being just like the common fan is part of the problem.

I agree with the other guy though, I to thought he looked like a little kid at that moment.

Few owners in sports care so truely about the performance of their team. That is why he got off to such a rocky start but that is also why he will inevitably be successful, eventually.

Redskins fans love Dan Snyder because he is one of us.

Cheers Dan..

Remember too that Dan wanted Santana in the first place, but deferred to the coach - and ends up stealing him from the Jets for a flat screen, er, Coles . . .

Exactly. I couldn't have said it better myself. Snyder is as big a fan of the Redskins as anyone - and this team WILL be successful, because Snyder is willing to do whatever it takes, including swallowing his own pride, to make it so.

I have never doubted his commitment to the team. I've had doubts about his wisdom, and about some of his decisions - but never about his intentions. The man wants to put a winner on the field, and given enough time and the ample resources at his disposal, it will happen.

Anybody notice the older blondish-grayish headed woman standing next to Snyder in the booth, who was pulling her hair out, while Snyder was celebrating our TD's ? Who is she, and why is she in a Redskin owner's booth ?

I wouldn't say pulling her hair out.....more like shocked.
I did almost the same thing b/c I was waiting for the refs. to throw a flag or call the play back. Y'know what always seems to happen to us.

And I knew that the Cowboys still had time to come back........

And Jerry Jones looked like a guy who expected a blow out and instead had it blow up in his face.

yeah you know he was really happy that after we got the guy we SHOULD have drafted all along, he came up in a big way and won us the game. i don't think people will be questioning the santana moss for coles trade anymore. it's pretty clear who the faster and better reciever of the two is.
Moss is, by the way, tied for 2nd in recieving yards right now, with Owens at 255 and Randy Moss ahead of them at 257.
