I live in a small town in Ohio where most of the residents are either Steeler or Cowboy fans...then there are few who actually do love the Browns but the keyword is FEW.

Recently I met someone I work with who is Redskins....but other than my co-worker and my husband, I haven't met anyone else in this area who actually follows the skins...

Wondering are we really that few here in Ohio or are there more of YOU out there that I don't know about....

let me know:point2sky

I went to college in Canton. Actually, being around Browns fans all the time is what started me liking the Steelers. I'm still a skins fan, but if the skins can't do it, Steelers are a great plan B for me.

I lived in Cleveland in 1985-1986. That's about the extent of my connection to the state.

That is a confusing place to live for sports. Seems like there are way too many Michigan fans up there too!

Yes you are correct, WAY too many Michigan fans in Toledo. Probably because it's right on the Border with Michigan and probably has something to do with the Wolverines owning us in the 90's. Fair wheather fans. :doh:

When I was in High School I was one of a few OSU fans but I think that trend is changing now that OSU is finally starting to beat the Wolverines. :D

I am going to my first college football game at the shoe this weekend.

I grew up in South Dakota so I am a Nebraska fan (only D1 school relatively close to where I grew up). I always wanted to go to a college game and told some big OSU fans that if I ever went to a game in Columbus I wanted it to be Iowa because I simply dislike the state and the Hawkeyes. I could truly cheer for the Bucks without a second thought! :) They had a ticket and I am going!

Awesome! I've been to a few games down in the Shoe. You'll really enjoy it. The atmosphere is electric especially against a Big Ten opponent. Enjoy!
