Win or else. Those three little words were appendages to the futures of at least three NFL coaches before the season, and three games into 2005, none of the three has done much to quell such ominous tidings.

"Everyone wants to get into those conversations," Turner says of critical examinations of the team's start, "but the biggest thing for our team is to keep competing and fighting the way we have. ... What we need to do, obviously, is to go win a football game."

It's deja vu all over again. Typical Norvspeak.

a team like Minny, with a new owner I could see going after the coordinator du jour, but I could see the Texans or Packers (if that's even a possibility) going after Williams.

I just really hope that there IS a secret plan in place for him to stay put.

I always liked Norv, give him a defense to go with his brilliant offensive mind and Da Raiders will turn things around.
