Who set the Bye Week Schedules up? Jerry Jones?

Would somebody please explain to me why, every time an NFL team has a bye week, the following week they play the Washington Redskins? Why is it that for three weeks in a row, we have to play teams coming fresh off a bye? What is that?

It seems to be too much of a coincidence to actually be one. Good observation. Maybe the league really has a serious vendetta against Snyder.
