I wonder if some of the drop in play is due to the loss of AP. Not so much his physical presence, but his ability to understand and QB Williams defense.

I think it's just teams having a year to sit back and analyze the D. They pretty much know whats coming now and how to gameplan for it (outside runs, screens, 3 step drops, etc.)

Stop blaming the defense, offensive turn overs are killing this team. We don't turn the ball over in KC, we win the game hands down.

We're just facing better offenses this year. But relatively speaking, we're still shutting them down. The big plays are killing us.
These games remind me a lot of how we played against the Packers last year. And the Eagles in Philly. Good offenses that were able to have success against us last year...
