A lot of of you talked smack and you know who you are. So.....EAT IT!! The Hokies played uncharacteristically bad but still DOMINATED you. We gave you EVERY chance to make a game of it but you couldn't even come CLOSE to competing with us. This was a METHODICAL ass whoopin'. Oh, and by the way, there were at LEAST 20K Hokie fans there. We were EVERYWHERE. Third downs on MD possessions, it was loud as all hell. The looks on MD fans' faces were priceless. "Um, how did all these Hokies get in here?" HA! "5K tops" my ass. It was only that much clearer how many Hokies there really were once MD fans began filing out with 7 minutes left. We find a way......and invade.
Maryland fans were pretty nice though. All the horror stories I heard before this game were unfounded stereotypes. Class acts.

YOU didn't give US anything. Further, I think any reasonable Terps fan knew that Maryland would need a lot of lucky bounces to win.

Sore winners = sore wieners.
Congrats on the win, but you'd better go get yourself checked.

Agreed, you play like that against a top team and you can kiss you No 3 bcs rank goodbye.

You were ranked #3 in the county YOU SHOULD HAVE WON.
I think VT played so bad you should drop in the rankings. VT is not that good way too many turnovers and awful in the redzone. If VT made these mistakes against a above average team on the road they would have lost.

Um, serious question: what is on the right side of Frank Beamer's face between his neck and his jawline?
Was he in a fire as a kid or something along those lines?
To me it kinda looks like a large patch of skin was taken from somewhere else and sewn on there.

MD's ticket office needs to rethink their strategy for selling football tix. It's shameful that it was so easy for Tech fans to get tix, yet many Terp alum/fans like myself who ordered them months in advance get denied. And any MD season tix holder who sells their tix on ebay or craigslist to a fan of the opposing team, should get their season tix revoked and should be banned for a year or two from buying tix through the ticket office. I'm gonna write an angry letter to the ticket office because it's embarassing to have umpteen thousand opposing fans in your stadium for a nationally televised game.

I kept telling you all, but nobody listened. We cannot be denied. We're like a plague of locusts for opposing stadiums. Your angry letter won't do a darn thing either. I got denied from the UMD website too, but I think they rejected anybody with a VA zipcode. It's even worse for UVA. It's about 50/50 at Scott Stadium. We travel as well as SEC fans and invade. Resistance is futile. :D

Ouch.
Anyways, when did VT become a powerhouse? I don't recall them being a monster when I was a kid, or even in high school. That was 10 years ago though.

We've been a solid program since the early 90's but didn't start getting any recognition until Michael Vick put us on the map.
