Calling him Soso would actually be a compliment. "Soso" would have batted .250, 25 hr and 75-80 rbi.
The piece of **** we had in rightfield for a good portion of the year wasn't close to being Soso.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. steroid popping freak. go be a cancer somewhere else.

15 days after the WS ends.
However, players don't get snapped up left and right like in the NFL. Usually there is a looooooong courtship between players and teams, plus many agents wait too see where the market goes before agreeing to any deals. If some sucker team gives up 8 mil to a scrub pitcher, a bomb could go off like last offseason. Thanks to the Mets for throwing 22 mil at Kris Benson. Losers.

I see that players have to file by Nov. 10th or 11th, so it must be shortly after that.
And it isn't all that long until they start signing. Most of the big names start signing at the Winter meetings, which are in early to mid Dec. I don't understand why there isn't a bigger push right out of the gate, especially on the player's side. You're more likely to get overpaid when there's a mad dash right at the start. Just look at the NFL and Snyder.
