Thats right in the final week of the season the two teams with (as of right now) the best chance to win the Reggie Bush sweepstakes, the Niners and Texans square off in a match up for the ages. The question is - which team can better throw an NFL game. The Texans have shown some true skill in snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, but my gut says Reggie will be playing in the Bay area next year. Thoughts?

Bush a Niner, wow, that could help that young team immensely.

Personally, I don't think the Texans want the first pick in the draft and I truly believe they'll upset the Jags at home this weekend.

The Texans don't want to be forced to take Reggie Bush even though he'll probably be the best football player in years (if you listen to what everyone is saying.) They have running backs for days. That's the last thing they need. What they need is OL and they can get the best OT coming out in the kid from UVA with the 2nd or third pick.

Now, if they're not careful and win the next two games they might fall down as far as the 6th pick which would just be their luck. Then they'd not only miss out on Bush, but Brickshaw as well.

Bush is a 49er for sure which will be interesting since he'll be reunited with his high school QB, Alex Smith.

If the Texans keep the 2nd spot, they take Brickshaw.

That leaves Leinhart for either the Jets, Saints, or Packers to take. I think the Jets would jump on Leinhart in a heartbeat as well as the Saints.

Now if those three teams win one or two games to finish the season, and the Titans lose their next two, they could leap frog all way up to 3rd. They could reunite Leinhart with Norm Chow.

I like the 49ers to win(lose) the Bush bowl- the Texans have looked competent as of late, whereas the 49ers have been consistently awful since they let Rattay go.

Not that I think it will happen but can you see both these teams trying to throw the game? (think Monty Python) fumbles laying on the ground with no one recovering, refs being stymied in when to call the play dead, lots of safeties, negative yardage for rushing and kicks, no recieving yardage......
