54-52 nuggets at half. we are being very careless with the ball, but are shooting very well. caron has fit in very nicely to the starting lineup i think

rofl, EJ is the worst coach ever....How does he still have a job?
He preaches Defense in every freakin post game conference, yet this team still doesnt know that Leaving people wide open = Easy Basket. And I doubt EJ knows this either, otherwise we'd see more Man on Man D, as opposed to this weak Zone D thats getting carved up by the Denver PG's.

ROFL..after tonights game, theres nothing the NBA can do to prove to me that these games are not set up. Every call went Denvers way...EVERY CALL.
This is ridiculous, I dont think I'll watch anymore Wizards game anymore, these refs just make the game too unbearable to watch. Every Major Player, KoMe, Mello, Lebron, Wade etc... get every call their way, yet Gilbert is practically molested on every play, and no calls...
Touch KoMe...........Foul
Touch Lebron.........Foul
Touch Mello...........Foul
Touch Wade..........Foul
Molest Arenas........waiting.........still waiting.....NO CALL.
Pathetic. Stern needs to get his head out his rear end and do something about the refs or the NBA is gonna start losing alot of fans (its already heading in that direction).

I liked that we started Caron Butler tonight.Maybe we will learn that we need to start him.We did turn the ball over to much though, but we scored enough points. Our defense still doesnt look to good though. Its time now to turn our season around.

Wiz looked good today, AD seems to have found his touch back, not just tonight but past few games..
I mean he DID make two big free throws after being hit in every man's weak point.

Every once in awhile the Zards get a very nice win like this one. Now we just need some consistency!

good win, even though we turned it over way too much
daniels looked good, he was making shots for a change. hopefully he keeps it up, we need production from him
jeffries did a good job IMO. he was solid defensively and added 10 points and 6 rebounds
we need to continue to start butler. he took a lot of pressure off gilbert at the beginning of the game. he wasnt getting a lot of calls that should have had him at the line

Good to see the Wiz get a win so i don't have to read another column about them maybe going 9-20 to start like in the past.

Good win in what is a very tough time to be a Wizards fan now. I'll never give up on the Wiz, but it is frustrating how they will win against a good team and then fold the next game. If Phoenix crushes us, than this win means nothing.

It wasn't pretty at times but we shot the ball well for change and did what we had to to get the victory. 11 assists from Arenas was nice and we had a lot of assists as a team, that is a good sign. I think that has a lot to do with Antonio's presence. I thought Caron suffered by starting and he ended up fouling out of the game. I still prefer to see him coming off the bench. This is who I would like to see starting right now:
PG Daniels
SG Arenas
C Haywood
PF Jefferies
SF Jamison

the post said Jordan is planning on using Jeffries in the same vein as Scottie Pippen at the two. Thoughts?

I think he's gonna suck regardless of how we use him.

Actully Jeffries is a not great but a pretty good player. Not for his offense but for his rebounding and his defense.
