Wild card ticket question!

I live in Orlando and plan on getting tickets to drive over to tampa this weekend. My question is:

Why are tickets usually so expensive online, like for tampa the highest seats are still $150+ a seat. But then my friend got us tickets to the last skins vs bucs game on the 18th row behind endzone for only $60 a piece.

where is the best place to buy tickets cheap? Teams ticket office? ticketmaster? (no ebay)
