there may be 2-3 teams salivating over Williams right now, but if he is able to cobble together a defensive secondary including Morton and Patterson and somehow find a way to win in Tampa it will be a close reflection of the amazing job that Belichick and Crennel did with the Pats when both Ty Law and Tyronne Poole were on IR and the team won with Randall Gay and Assante Samuel as the top pairing at CB.

For some reason I don't think he's quite made this level.

Why Crennel is better than williams? Not sure the answer to that but I wouldn't credit the superbowls necessarily to crennel...I would say he did an awesome job as did williams. Would you blame no superbowls because a fault of Williams? I say no.

Except you're forgetting one big difference. Belichick had Tom Brady for a QB. We don't.

You think it has to do with the fact that he can't start any new threads so he's digging up as many threads as he can that are remotely tied to what he wants to say?
hmm.

Geeze I had to read a bit to figure out what this was about. Must have been slow in here yesterday afternoon.

Maybe the thread should have been left for dead because it took over three months for someone to post the first reply. It really must have been a boring Sunday.
