I was bored and checked out Seasquawks threads. They dont think we will beat bucs, but they are rooting for us to beat bucs, so they will play us the following Sat. They actually think we will be an easier win then the others. LOL

Apparantly they have seahawk droppings for brains.

theyre not a bad team, but they have to be the most over rated NFC team.

they had easiest schedule by far.

Im not wanting to look past Bucs, but lets beat the **** out of the Bucs, then go to Seattle and upset them f****.

Im going to be soo pissed if the skins lose to the bucs again. I hate the bucs, i think they suck and worst of all my little brother is a bucs fan. That last game was agonizing for me.

Who cares what they think? We just need to be focused on the Bucs.

Maybe we'll just get Matt Hasselbeck to make a dumb ass statement at the coin toss like he did in overtime a couple years back, and secure our win. He's gonna get BROKE UP when the skins roll in there w/ 6 straight rolling them foward.

I agree. Having said that, I dont believe there is an NFC team at this point who wants to play against the Skins.

The Seahawks are pretty good, but I believe the team to beat is Chicago now. With the bears tough defense, and Grossman back at the helm, this really gives them a lot of fire power with some dangerous receivers to add to their good runners. This isn't the same Bears team we saw early in the season, they can score now.

The Bears remind me of the Ravens the year they won the Super Bowl. I think the Skins can beat anyone in the NFC, the AFC is a different story.

I've watched the 'hawks closely (by default) for 20 years. I don't think they're Colts-beaters, but I think our fans here take them way too lightly by and large, which is no biggy. I know their history well. This is the best team they've ever fielded and it's well-coached. I think we're the best bet for an NFC team to beat them, but I give them their props. I am less than impressed with fans anywhere who think they know a team simply by their schedule. It's historically very misleading. Just most recently the NFC east was a "weak" schedule but that didn't mean the Eagles were an over-rated team. Schedules tells a little, not a lot. JMO, how do you see it as a neighbor, fuji?

Didn't we beat them earlier this year?? Why in the world would they want to see us again?? Their record is related to their division. Their division is horrible, and the only reason they are the #1 seed. Their wish will come true, we will travel to Seattle and put an early end to their playoff season.

Bingo!!! Simple, but to the point. Nothing else matters except for the Bucks, nothing.

Didn't we already beat those seasocks once?. Tell them wait. We have unfinished business with buccasses. That is the focus right now.

Yep I believe we handed them a loss....I think they are a bit overrated and positioned nicely to be thrown out of the playoff's by us.....

Okay lemme get this straight..

The Seahawks, a team that had 6 easy wins(Arizona twice, San Fran twice and St. Louis twice, oh and don't let me forget that they played Houston as well) in a crappy division are going to win agaisnt a team that comes out of the NFC East?

Not to mention that the wins they did get against NFC East teams were close with the exception of the Philly game.

I'm not seeing how they are considered to be that great of a team. We'll see how they play when the teams aren't pushovers. With that said, right now, I just want the Skins to get revenge for Tampa-gate.

They are still mad that we beat them??? WOW I guess were just going to have to beat them twice.

The Seahawks don't want to see the Redskins. We are uniquely designed that we match up well with them.

If we beat the Bucs, we'll be playing the Bears in the NFC Championship.

There's no upset in Seattle.
We already beat them once this season.
An easier win????
According to USA Today, we are the most lethal team in the NFC.
5-wins in a row.
Have already beaten 3 NFC playoff teams and lost to Tampon Bay by one point.
Here's to Portis leaving cleat marks on the back of their helmets!

the seahawks HAVE won a playoff game. they made it to the afc championship game after the 1983 season... lost to the raiders team that beat the skins in the super bowl.

January-3rd-2006, 04:54 PM
oh, and you have to forgive the seahawks fans... they haven't had a team nearly this good since the aforemenetioned '83 season, so they're feeling pretty good about themselves.. they think they can beat anyone.

The last Seahawks game I went to was a few years ago (2003). It was a challenge to find seahawks "fans" wearing Seahawks gear. Everybody was wearing Mariners jerseys. They've been fairweather so long, they generally don't remember how to be good fans. That being said, there are a dedicated few out there that have sat by and suffered for the past 20 or so years.

To boot, most of the Seattle home games don't get sold out, so you don't get the game on TV come Sunday. I believe that this year might have been different, but I've been living there since 2000, and only got to watch road games before this season.
