Butkus for my money, he was 250lbs back when linemen were that size. And he could move like a cat, and hit you like a freight train

For meanest I'd say Bill Romo just because he would purposefully try to injury players. He took any cheapshot he could, poked eyes, hit people, everything. Most dominating I'd say LT as well, he was just the man. Not sure about the d-lineman.
