Redskins: Owner Dan Snyder has found that spending money on players assures nothing, so he's trying to buy a Super Bowl by paying outrageous salaries to assistant coaches. Um, someone should tell Danny Boy that defensive coordinator Gregg Williams and offensive coordinator Al Saunders have never been on a Super Bowl championship staff. Anyway, Washington has to find itself a better QB than Mark Brunell and could use another receiver to complement ex-Jet Santana Moss.



Ummmmmmmmm....I might be mistaken...but wasnt AL SAUNDERS on the St. Louis Rams staff when they won the bowl in 99 ???? And...GREGG didnt win one, but he been to one. I cant stand these off brand writers that dont know what they are talking bout. I feel that people will find any way to take a shot at DANIEL SNYDER

no, mike martz was the OC for the rams that year. Gregg Williams was the DC for the team (Titans) they beat that year, i believe.

I think this guy is missing the point though. Saunders is a great offensive guy. Williams is a great defensive guy. Gibbs is great overall. I think that makes for success.

If I were Dan Snyder, I'd save all the clippings from articles that bash the Redskins this year and frame them, so I could hang them on the wall of my office next to the framed copy of the Washington Post front page heralding the Redskins' victory in SB XLI... :D
