As we all know Skins Fans Come to Games with their Loyalty , Voices , and Heart and Soul. What else could we bring ? I don't want to steal ideas from other teams or fans but it would be cool to have something skins fans could bring with them to games every week. The Pittsburg Steelers Have the "Terrible Towel " . What can we come up with ? Ideas ? I know we have the best fight song in the league . We have the biggest stadium and the loudest fans . Every fan has something redskin related that they are wearing on gameday. What can we bring with us ?

Where is the fun in that though? I just love seeing the look on their faces when Hail to the Redskins is playing loudly because we scored on them AGAIN and the whole crowd screams "Fight for Old DC" because thats the only words they know besides "Hail to the Redskins" They look as if their love one has just passed away in their arms. Priceless!

Those fans that try and 'hijack' our house so to speak, make the winning all the more sweeter!

We are allowed to bring nothing into the stadium, Snyder wants us to bring plenty of money to spend on $7.00 beers etc.

Everyone should buy a Monk jersey and wear them every game day. Maybe we could pressure the HOF to put a true and deserving HOF'er in Hall where he belongs.

bring cans of beer here's a helpful hint* they don't pat you down on your legs so tuck them into the cuffs of your jeans as soon as you get in take them out. i've gotten 6 beers into a game only using the pants method. enjoy.

By the way, the Terrible Towels have been associated with the Steelers for 30 years. Anyone else copying it looks silly at this point.

The Redskins have the band and the fight song. That's more than enough.

Those green towels that Seahawk fans were waving were just pathetic imitations. Same with the Ravens band.

I have WILD BUNCH towels from the early 80's that they gave away at the games. One is signed by Charlie Brown.

The only thing I take to games are my binoculars.

I'm all for sneaking in beer because god knows it costs way too much at the stadium, but you guys really shouldn't be discussing this in an open forum. The last thing I want is for someone else to read this post and get other ideas about what to sneak into games. Would you guy please consider modifying your posts and discuss that in PM?

 :2cents:

Back to the topic:
I really do think that this is a good post and if we can all agree on something, then it would really help the atmosphere at games. What about Burgandy towels, or white towels? Sure, we'd be biting off the Steelers, but I'm open to suggestions.

The Band is Great. The Fight Song Great . Redskins towels no way ! What can we take to show even more support ? Beers stupid idea. I think we should all be happy when we buy a beer for 7.00. Just remember we are helping Dan Synder make payments on his private Jet.

Agreed. I was at the Super Bowl and there were little pockets of these lame green towels waving amidst a sea of yellow Terrible Towels. It was pathetic.

I will say this though: Although the Steelers pretty much had a home game I was imprseed with how loud the small Seahawks contingent was during key moments in the game. After being in Seattle for the Skins game and in detroit for the bowl I can honestly say that I have respect for the 12th man.

Go with the VT method of rattling your keys at kickoffs.

Ohh no someone put it into an open forum about how to sneak in beer. what are you afraid someone is going to strap a nuke to their ankle? The danny probibly has trained snipers for that reason. Yeah the best way to sneak stuff in is to park it around the Ankle area. However word to the wise when going to a European Soccer match they pat you down like the LAPD. No lie they are some efficient legit people.

There's no need to bring stringed instruments into this conversation.
