Jay Glazer of FOXSports.com reports that the Tennessee Titans are close to an agreement with defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch on a four-year deal.

Per Glazer, Vanden Bosch will receive roughly $15 million in guaranteed money, once the deal is done.

The Titans have been working hard to get Vanden Bosch under contract. He signed a one-year deal with Tennessee a year ago, earning a merely $540,000. An impressive 12.5 sacks later, Vanden Bosch is in line to do slightly better in 2006 and beyond.

I dont know why VandenBosch wont test free agency where he could command money, and go back to the woeful Titans. Lets start looking else where for a nice large DE.

$15MM in guaranteed money for a DE? Why should he want to leave?

I figured his Pro Bowl perforamnce priced him off our radar so I'm not surprised.

I think Abraham is going to cost too much also....Lets fill our other needs (starting with wr) in free agency and then focus on the d-line with out 2nd and 3rd rounders.....

We could fill WR in the draft and D.E. in the draft....F.A. should be spent on O-L depth and a T.E.

I don't want to fill the WR position with the draft, unproven talent is all that is. Go out and get a player you KNOW will produce, has great hands and can take the heat off of Moss. ~

I would rather see us get a good young DE to mold into Williams system, I'm not sold on Abraham
