Vikings - new head coach, Johnson starting QB(nothing bad about it), @ FedEx, Our Defense, Their or WHAT Defense(Vikings) I think you got the point

Yea we have won at least our last 4 openers (all home i think) and dont see why we should lose to this team.
If we were to lose, it would be because of miscues, TOs, and bad decisions. Not so much because they outplayed us.

i'll go out on a limb and pick the Skins. The Vikings have blown up that team. I say 06 Vikings = 05 Titans. And we can all thank Mr. Smoot for organizing the LoveBoat scandal. Hahahahaha...Smoot you dirty dogg.

Any time a Gregg Williams defense gets to play a quarterback with limited mobility and a limited arm, it is like giving the Redskins a 7-0 lead before the first kickoff :)

Hey good point after all McMahon was with Childress in Philly.

I thought that Childress named Johnson the starter when Culpepper was traded to Miami. He said that during the press conference afterward. Of course he could always change his mind.
Then we would be facing a qb who is better with his feet than with his arm.
Again, advantage Redskins defense :)

Suppose McMahon somehow does start. He starts right where he left off against the Redskins.

yeah yeah, i know "Newbie" here. But as a "born again redskin fannatic a couple of years ago" (with the best coach ever to coach the game back at the helm, what you think- THE GIBBS TROPHY...i personally love it!!) and a born and raised minnesota'n (so of course, gotta love the home team and i do!!) This game basically comes down to- well a blowout... Skins 37 Vikes 10. If childress would just shut his trap and start putting a team together it maybe closer (besides, the vikes now got a head coach formally from the eagles...puke)

The Redskins have always done well vs the Vikings and I see no difference this year. Skins make a statement and win big 38-7 in front of a record setting crowd at FedEx.

At least we know we won't be embarrassed by the Vikes like the Giants were this year. That was just inexcusable.

I'm not biased. I just think that the Redskins will win because they are better.
Final score: Redskins ∏, Vikings ⅝

before we decide the skins will win, remember the skins tend to play down to their competition... does anyone remember the raiders game last season? painful... now if the skins pick up a LB and CB in FA and or draft... im gonna say it... guaranteed win

Let's put it this way........this game falls into that column under "games Skins should win" so we will find out real early about this team. If we don't beat the Vikings on MNF opener, we could be in for a long season.

Let's see....since I am homer and think my beloved 'Skins are going to the Superbowl every year, I think the 'Skins are going to win.

The skins could start their alternates and win this in a canter, the vikings just are not in the same league so to speak, Vikings will be lucky to score against a torrid defence and their defence will be the first of many to suffer the embarrasement of what to do against who on our offence
Hail to all things Redskins:especially a 40+ to nothing first up win

The Skins will crush the Vikes now that we have a new offense so they won't know what to look for. And as always he have a killer defense.

The Vikings....oh wait a second I'm drunk (and it's not even ten yet, but I work nights ;) ). This should be a great platform to show the whole nation that the Skins at FedEx will be more tough than most teams to handle.

His Deefense is a beast ;)
But for real, I hope Mike Mc gets another chance I still remeber the Thanksgiving. That was the first game that I remeber when the QB just took over. I will always remeber that game and how Mc just dominated. The Lions still lost but it wasn't his fault.
Anyway Skins win 21-10.
