NFL Draft entries.

Since this forum is comprised of people that have most closely watched the college game, I wanted to pose a question about the NFL draft in here instead of the stadium. The Stadium donkeys just post the last thing they read, saw on Sportscenter, but probably didnt watch many games.

How do you think the BIG NAMES in the draft this year will fare? Bush, Leinhart, Young, Furgason, Hawk. Feel free to add anyone else you want, especially if they are from your school and you watched them a lot. (VT kids, i would like to hear about Jimmy Williams, Maryland obviously Vernon).


Personally, I think this is one of the best classes in years with the exception of 2004, obviously. Bush IMO is going to immediately be one of the top RB's in the league. That kid is dynamite. Lienhart i think wont ever be GREAT, but he will be good and is probably the safest QB coming out in years. I highly doubt he will be a bust. Young, i have no idea on. He could be very good with his athleticism, but people seem to have questions about him. Ferguason is scary, he's a lock to be a dominant tackle.

D'Brick is going to be good. Tapp kind of handled him in the game against Tech this year, but every Hoo had a bad game, so I'll chalk it up as an exception. He is one of the most agile O-linemen I've ever seen, and to top it off is also a great guy off the field. Whatever team gets him will be happy.

Agreed. Alex Smith as #1? I'd rather have Bush, Leinhart, Young, Ferguson, Williams, and probably Hawk.

Agreed. He was tearing up WVU in their meeting last year. I hadn't heard of him before that game, and had this exchange with a Md. fan beside me
