I picked the saints as an upset pick in the season W-L prediction thread. I think they will catch us sleeping that game and surprise us for some reason.

No one's suprising us this year.

I picked the Saints because they can get hot one game and cold another.

To be our '05 Raiders they would have to beat us at home...

depends on what breez can do for them. I hope we actually win the ones we are "supposed to". I picked the titans I believe they will end up with lienhart and who knows

IF any of them beat us i bet it will be St.louis.

New Orleans Saints

Drew Brees and Joe Horn could spell trouble for the league.

I picked Texans because I think we will have a let down game coming off a big emotional win in Dallas the week before.

yeah i remember a certian play that they just cant seem to defend. If memory serves me right they got burnt on this play twice in 3 min for touchdowns! hmmmmm

The Saints are the team off that list that scares me...They have a good O-line, a good RB, a good QB, and good WR's...They have what it takes to win on offense...

The Saints are the best team on that list, but none of them really scare me

I think its funny that everyone ranks the Saints very highly despite the fact that we haven't seen how they perform with a more competent passer, weaker o-line, and the same stuttering defense they've always had.

With Bulger healthy the Rams are the most formidable, PROVEN team on that list and are the only ones that I could see giving us a run for our money.

Im not being techincal bud, its the damn truth. A loss at home to a subpar team is worse than a loss on the road to one.

Houston has the ability too if they draft Reggie Bush and Sean Taylor is having Giants/Tiki Barber dreams all over again an screws over on run assignments or misses tackles.

I voted for New Orleans though becuase Drew Brees, Joe Horn, Donte Stallworth, Duece Mcallister, and their pretty solid offensive line will make them a good offense. All they need is to fix the linebacker spot(A.J Hawk) and have that safety they drafted in 2004-2005 draft play up to his potiential and their defense will be good enough to carry them. Especially with those 2 stud defensive ends.

I've been watching the texans lately and Gary Kubiak has gotten some of his style of offensive lineman onto his team from free agency. Dont forget they also signed Anthony Weaver(Ravens) and traded for Eric Moulds(Bills) to go across from Andre Johnson. The only problem is their secondary is gonna suck D*** and their gonna be drafting a Cornerback or Safety in the Top 10 next off-season becuase of it.

Dunta Robinson is a pretty good, young corner... but yeah, thats about all they have in the secondary that is at all worth a damn.

I'd say the Saints are a more talented team then the Rams. They've always had a lot of talent. They're just so hot and cold. But when they're on, they'll beat anyone. And they've given the Skins problems the last few times they've played.

I'm afraid of the Texans and the Titans.... why? Because they're in the AFC... and haven't we lost like 8 consecutive games vs. the AFC?

I'm pretty sure it's Sean Payton. He was with the Cowboys, so he obviously sucks. Poor Saints.

I think the Saints will be a sleeper team. While i think we can still take them, they will be tough. The combo of Drew Brees with Joe Horn and Daunte Stalworth will be a good one. Throw in teh Duece and i think you have a high-powered offense. I think their D is lacking though, so we will exploit that.

I really don't see the Redskins losing to a bad team late in the season so that probably rules out the Rams and Saints. I guess if I had to pick one of those games it would be the Texans on the road after the Dallas road game. That would be our 3rd road game in the first 4 weeks of the season and the other 2 are against very good teams that we could beat.

I really don't see the Redskins losing to the Titans in Washington but that would be about on par with the Raiders game last year if it happened.

Do we really need to have a road game in Tampa every year though? Especially after the ref job in the last one, it seems they could come to Washington sometime.
