Just wondering, I am thinking abut a career change. I know you have to hustle but it can be a good career.

I am not, but my mother is (retiring at the end of the year).

My sister is also a Realitor, both with Long and Foster.

My mother has done very well through the years, but you have to work alot on weekends.

She has missed MANY Skins games (home games she was going to go too) because of it.

yes...I am :cool:

I know a lot of agents and know a lot about there job...but I don't want to give fuji advice because it is not "exactly" what I do.

I'm a loan officer as well!! Starting a Real Estate career can be a challenge for the first couple years, especially in a down market. However, if you have the means to make it through the first few years you will make good money. The hours are a bit odd, but the flexibility is tremendous. You should talk with a top producing agent and get the real low down though.
