dont get me wrong...i love me some Queensryche.....but the budget for these videos just IS NOT there....they'd do best if they kept with the live performance for all the videos.....it looked the street scenes were made by fans

They're on a minor label now. The budget just ain't there. However, Tate has mentioned turning MC into a film, so it could be possible that the MCII videos are a rough draft for just that. I doubt it, but it could be possible.
