Being an avid wizards fan..I must admit I know very little about Navarro. I have only heard he tore up competition overseas. What type of player is he? Is he a slasher? Spot up shooter? Can he play defense? Who in the NBA is his style comparable to? Thanks in advance, I would just like to know a little about him.

At 6 4 hes a smallish two guard, but can handle. Known for his drives to the hoop and teardrop finish ("la bomba"). Has NBA three point range, but isn't that kind of gunner. I think an apt comparison would be Antonio Daniels or Tony Parker.

There are a few Juan Carlos threads here already...

The way I see it he's probably a younger, more athletic, Antonio Daniels with a jump shot.

Might be as good as Tony Parker too. I think he has more fire and leadership qualities though.

So why do you want to trade him for mike miller?

The fire and leadership is why I feel we should keep Navarro. He is described as being fearless and is absolutely clutch, something this team is lacking. We would have a guy whose hands we could put the ball in in the closing seconds. He is the leader of his NT not Gasol.

I feel that unless you can parlay Navarro into a package for KG (the T-Wolves are interested in Navarro), B. Roy, or Shelden Williams, we shouldn't trade him.
