Well the Wizards just worked out Cedric Simmons against some workout fodder or 2nd round sleepers at best.

In Consor's description it says Simmons is competing for a draft slot with Alexander Johnson. Both these guys look great, but I like Johnson because of his slight edge in athleticism - simmons ain't no stiff though.

Check it out... I wonder if a trade with the hornets might happen to try and solidify our spot to draft the PF we want, or are we going to take the leftovers afterwards, I dunno.

I'd love Simmons. He's the PF we could use and plus he ran the Princeton at NC State.

I don't think he falls to 18 though.

yeah i hate our spot (#18)....we could def be good with simmons!

Simmons won't last past the Hornets at 12. I would love simmons but I think we should just stick with what we got and get Alexander Johnson at 18. I'll be content with either of them though.

2 rumors I'm hearing


1) We are looking into trying to trade up, possibly with the hornets.

2) We are really set on AJ or Simmons. Personally I like AJ better, but both are about as good PF prospects as we could possibly hope to find after the top 5, so the fact that we are even talking about them at 18 is a really good sign huh?
