Wow I'll be pissed if Johnson goes 17.

Saer Sene at 5!

I like the 2nd round pick a lot though (Bobby Jones).

Wow, Thabo is a good defender? That doesn't fit the Europeans cant defend stereotype.

And yeah, I'm also warming up to getting Jones in Round 2. Sounds like he could be the next Bruce Bowen type defender.

Yeah... from what I heard Ernie is willing to trade to get what he wants... I guess we'll see.

I really like that draft except for our need to "fill Larry Hughes' role" :wtf:
Not that I would want the Wiz to pass an athletic 2 guard if he was the BPAvail but come on last season's trouble was hardly because of the departure of Larry.

Caron provided just as much if not more to the team, okay maybe .75 less steals per game or something, but still... hardly our biggest need.

edit:
I at least like that this guy seems to actually be thinking about what the teams need, even if he is wrong.

Some of these sites (I think collegehoopsnet is one I used to like, not this year) seem to be doing it after reading an issue of SI and looking at some statistics.

Seriously, they still had AJ going in the late 2nd round a week ago and his profile had him 30 pounds over weight and only talked about his soph year. Oh well... we'll see.

I really really think AJ could step right in for us, allow Andray one more year to develop into the devastating 3/4 I think he can be, and give gilbert that athletic guy to run the pick & roll off so it just isn't Twan every time.:2cents:

AJ just sounds like such a mature standup hardworking kid who struggled but has really found himself, I feel like if he played for a better team with a point guard or any outside shooting he would have dominated last year. I saw a tape of his and he was seriously doubled everytime he touched the ball. EVERY time.

And he had to front every center he faced, so he never got blocked shots... that would all change in the Association. His baby hook and turn around jumper are awesome, and he gets such elevation before he releases his shot. Not to mention the good old Alley oop and dropstep bring the THUNDA. hahaha
