Gilbert said he will openly take a pay cut to make the washington wizards into a championship caliber team. Apperently he would like to see some big moves by the GM, the question is what player can the wizards go out and get to make themselves a championship team. Is it KG or perhaps Jermaine Oneal or just some more solid role players.....

Don't even mention Jermaine O'Neal, you tease. That would be SICK!! Never happen, though, right?

First game of the season:
12:00 1st Quarter: Jermaine O'Neal tears his ACL.
While I am not opposed to getting him, he is extremely injury prone.

Ben Wallace??? KG??? What might possibly happen is Larry Hughes gives back some of his money to get back with the wizards and then we have money for hughes and a good defensive big man. haha im probably dreaming but would be awesome if it happened. Hopefully this will rub off on Jamison to take a paycut... he is a veteran without a ring and would probably love a championship.

I think a trade to bring in a big name player will most likely happen near the trade deadline for somebody like KG or Oneal. I'm glad to see that joe gibbs team first attitude is rubbing off on arenas!!!!

Maybe Ben Wallace wants to come back to the the team and organization that took a chance on an undrafted big man? :)
My ultimate fantasy, would be to land KG in a trade. He is a beast!

Could be the best Wizards offseason ever.
Bring some big men in that are hungry to prove something.

How many big men are available? Other than Ben Wallace, and possibly J.Oneal

If, by some act of God, we get Marion, I will literally cream my pants. No lies.

Marion would fit perfectly into our offense. Best case scenario Ben Wallace or Marion. But I don't think its going to happen

How do you know this draft is horrible. You don't. No one knows. When Utah drafted
Andrei Kirilenko did anyone know how good he'd turn out to be. I'm sure some Jazz fans said "Horrible draft."
I would assume we have scouted this guy pretty good. Apparantly Ernie has made several trips to see him play. We may find out in the next couple years that Blatche was the steal of the 2005 draft. We already know Arenas was the steal of the 2001 draft. A couple of shooting Euro's bigs is just what the doctored ordered for this team.
Anything we get from Ramos is gravy at this point.
