Both my wife and I agree Clinton Portis for the Redskins.
For the NFL, for me personally, it is a toss up between CP & Chad Johnson. Johnson is just a layed back type of cat that runs his mouth, but in a fun way and without offending anyone. My wife chose Ray Lewis for the league. (I think she just likes the way he steps before the games.) :)

To me, CP comes off as joking around whereas Chad Johnson comes off as just cocky. Actually I think Lavar has the best personality in the NFL (outside of CP) despite what he did here. He is very intellegent, has a good sense of humor, and interviews well.

Portis is overflowing with Personality. Maybe the most in the league. The other in the league might be Chad Johnson or TO, but they are not positive in their attitude, maybe more disruptive, by craving attention.

Dhani Jones comes to mind. He played at my high school, so he comes back and speaks to us (the team) pretty often.

I think that chad johnson is pretty funny. I don't particularly care for his fraternizing with opposing players (he said that he called ray lewis on advice how to celebrate). If clinton portis asked TO what costumes to wear before a press conference, I really wouldn't like that too much. Other than that, I think that chad johnson is pretty entertaining.

Chad Johnson has a very positive attitude actually, and is hardly disruptive....

I like Mark Brunell's personality, for the league and the Redskins.
He is modest and plays well. Statistically, he is ranked among the top 20 passers in league history in many categories, but you would never know it from listening to a modest interview where he praises his teammates and coaches.
He took his benching like a man in 2004, and showed everyone (well, everyone with any sense anyway) that he deserved to be the starter in 2005. He often shows such guts and determination. He fights back. He fought back to ressurrect his career last year, just as he fought back to ressurrect the Redskins in Dallas. He is a fighter. Oh, and speaking of Dallas, Mark always shows up to play against our nemesis (8 TDs and 1 INT in three tries). He understands the importance of beating the Cowboys.
Furthermore, Mark Brunell is a good leader. He leads by example and does a good job of directing the offense. But most importantly, the guy has a huge heart. He plays through injuries, he leads comebacks, and he has had playoff success. He has quietly earned my respect by demonstrating leadership, heart, and character in his brief time here.

But, how could you possibly consider C.Johnson disruptive in any form? I don't think that I've ever even heard him bleeped for a curse word and I don't think that I have ever seen a single sole ever get angry with him. He is just pure fun.

I love Portis...he's very outspoken and just all-around a good guy. Always ready with the jokes and such. Cooley just seems like he's always having fun, no matter what. He's not as much of a smooth-talker, but he's genuinely affable. His post-game interview after the Dallas game was great...he just caught 3 TDs in one half, and didn't sound the least bit cocky...loved it! Plus...the HAIR, man! Gotta love the hair!

Redskins: Portis
NFL: I like Steve Smith a lot. IF YOU SEE THIS UGLY ASS FACE, THAT MEANS I SCORED!

Well, I'm going to still count Jerome Bettis until the season starts. Guy has a great personality. For the Skins I'd have to say Randy Thomas.

Personally I would say John Lynch, mostly because I just think he's an all-around great guy with a good personality. As far as the most OUT THERE personality, Chad Johnson takes the cake there. And for the MOST personalities, are very own CP. :)

I like Mark Brunell's personality, for the league and the Redskins. There's a guy who could've said "told you so" and didn't. He and Gibbs were the only people who still believed in Brunell before last year started.
Portis gets my vote for best NFL character, though. Nobody is nearly as goofy or hilarious as he is.
