is it me or is the atlanta vs patriots game better than fox's game without hearing every 15 minutes that preseason games mean nothing

The graphics on FOX drive me CRAZY. They have just fallen in love with graphics. It looks like a dern video game. Yeah, CBS has the "yellow line" and a line of scrimmage, but generally the game just looks cleaner and less cluttered.

I couldn't agree more. The Yellow Line is the best innovation in sportscasting ever. Now if Fox could just wrap their minds around the fact that their graphics suck.

graphics don't matter nearly as much as broadcasters. IMO cbs tries really hard to make football games sound boring.

He has a GREAT broadcasting voice though. Like that guy that does the Notre Dame games.

i haven't seen any fox games yet, i didn't realize they went crazy and added yardage lines and dots for qts... that might be too much.

Your not kidding. The old guy who sounds like Dick Clark said that one of the rbs averaged 123 yards per carry earlier. That woke me up. He didn't even correct himself.
