So here it is people,
The season at home begins here on Saturday..........

Last year ESers did threads like this to get the word out to everybody going to the game TO GET LOUD!!!!!!!!

It worked, we had a home field advantage: We went 6-2 at home.
We beat all 3 NFCE teams at home. We beat the NFCN Champs (Da Bears) at home! We beat the NFC Champions (Seahawks) at home!

And YOU the fan played a significant role (especially in the Bears and Seahawks games).

But we can do better..........

This year we MUST strive for 8-0 at FedEx. That's right 8-0. Coach Gibbs specifically addressed that to the crowd at the Redskins/Ravens scrimmage. We have a tough schedule and we must win at home.

So it's time for those attending the game to get ready to step it up.
Granted it's the preseason so just like the players we got to work out the kinks (y'know loud when the D's on, quiet with the O and focusing on our team more than The Wave).

So while you're watching the players and figuring out who's on the team and who's camp fodder, get your voices ready to be loud and get warmed up for the season.

I find the Eastern Shore to be more pro-Redskins than Ravens IMO but you'll have alot of Ravens fans as well.

No, OC carries Baltimore stations (Ravens), but there's still a pretty good chance the game will be on. Only problem is when the Ravens and Skins play at the same time.

OK i agree with # 1.

On # 2. Whether we like it or not barring injury Brunell is our starter. Messing with his mind by saying Week One Starter would hurt his confidence mor than build Campbells.

But We should give Campbell a standing O.

Burn your Coles jerseys is a good idea. Ramsey didn't want to leave so you use your judgement on that one. But we need to save Arrington's jersey for Dec. 30 just so he knows we dont still like him (as he thinks).

I'm not going to it since I'm currently down here in the dirty south, but someone should really make 5 easy signs and they are gaurenteed to get on T.V. and it will get the crowd FIRED UP. Signs 1 through 4 are J E T S. Sign 5 is simply, SUCK. It can be held up 3 times for the SUCK SUCK SUCK or if you want to get really crafty 3 separate SUCK signs can be used. I can't believe I came up with such an ingenious idea, right off the top of my head.

My report from the game:
12th man DID NOT represent........we had the atmosphere of last year's San Diego game.
We were flat throughout.

Some individuals did get loud but not enough.

My section was pretty quiet and I actually felt weird for being the only guy in "Deadman's Row" and the surrounding rows for screaming for my team (D mostly but when the O did good things as well).

Coach and the players said that they need to step it up and we need to as well.

It's Gut Check time people (me included), we didn't go 10-6 last year without some effort by the fan base..........12th Man has to step it up as well.

Granted it IS the preseason........but we better be much louder for the Ravens game or FedEx will lose the rep. it gained last year as having a Home field Advantage again.
