Hi, I am new to this board. But i went to Junior College and Played with David Lonie. Hows he doing in Camp i know that he didnt play a whole lot last game a but he did have a 48 yard punt when he did get in. The second week his Avg was better then frost's. Is he even close to making it or maybe the practice squad, Let me know please

Thanks

I think our punter will be the one whom has the fewest shanks

Im hoping we keep Lonie. I think he is better then Frost and i just flat out dislike John Hall, so here's to hoping Lonie takes either of their spots....

Welcome. I'm a Cal grad and watched Lonie the last couple of years. I'd love him to stick, but it's tough for rookie specialists to crack Gibbs' teams. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

First off let me say Welcome to the board, I hope you enjoy yourself here.My take on Lonie from what I have seen and heard is he was a bit shaky at the scrimmage, was slightly better in his next action. I was hoping he would come in and do a good job and give us some consitency in the punting game. I hope he can have a strong showing in the final 2 pre-season games. Again Welcome to the board and enjoy. HTTR

Stew why do you always post your EA card as your sig?

I'm hoping one of the punters will step it up and be consistently good.

I always post my EA card as my sig, because it helps me find people who use Xbox live to play sports games like Madden and FIFA online. It is always a plus to play against or with another Redskins fan, so I put it in my sig. Why do you ask? Thanx for noticing MC, :D and I agree with you that Im hoping for a little consistancy as well from either punter, be it the Aussie, or the Frosty one.

:welcome: You'll find many of us aren't sold on either punter. They have looked even thus far in camp. Frost has experience, so if your pal Lonie can't seperate himself, he'll probably get cut.

For what it's worth, I'm pulling for Lonie. Frost never really proved himself to be anything.
