The Associated Press reports the New Orleans Saints have released LB Nate Wayne.



very surprising.. Looks like he might have lost a step or two after he left the Eagles.

yeah.. if you cant cut it as a lb in new orleans. You cant cut it anywhere.

The Saints really don't have an impressive group of LB's. He must have done lousy in their last game (not that the whole team didn't).
Doesn't Philly need a backup LB? They might even be able to pick him up in their price range!

He was with the Eagles one time wasn't he? But , I guess you can always go home and plus a chance to play on a superbowl team according to McNabb:laugh: .
