I can't quite understand why our secondary has had such a drop off from last year. Sure Walt Harris is gone, but Wright is equally as talented and is physically an improvement. Carlos Rogers and Ade Jimoh looked really good last year, and there were plenty of times where they carried the load without Springs. I understand that we have a separate safeties coach, but as I recall, the position was shared with Walker last year. I'm guessing the duties are shared with Gray this year. Well thus far, our entire secondary has looked pretty weak, and I think it may be on the shoulders of Gray.

Gray is better, it's we're just going up against tougher competition.

keep in mind the few plays springs was in(cinci game), our D looked like it's normal elite self

I'm not sure if that bodes well for Gray. If Springs is the only legitimate corner we have, we're in for a long season.
