View Full Version : Be Afraid Puke Fans...Be Afraid.

Oh, we have our doubters here in Redskins-land...and then we have fans who know what Joe Gibbs can do.
Last year, we were 5.5 dogs going to Dallas in week two. It was a huge game for the pukes...their star of fame game...
We had just outlasted the Bears for a win a week earlier (btw, the Bears went on to be an 11-5 playoff team.)
For the first 50 odd minutes, it was minor advantage Dallas, and then, with two (actually it was about a half dozen) remarkable plays, the Skins shocked pukeville...oh the agony!
I like our chances this week.
-- Bledsoe HAS to have a perfect game...his career is on the line. He tends to choke in pressure situations;
-- The pukes o-line is a mirage. Flo is not the Flo of years past...the others are journeymen who can't run block;
-- JJ looks oh-so-ordinary. He may lose his job after this week, too;
-- The 'vaunted' puke defense, looked like swiss cheese against Leftwich. There was little to no pass rush...and Newman look average...and now Roy has to tip-toe in the backfield...
I'm not saying it will be a cake-walk, but I sure like our chances...

Either team can win. It will come down to line play.
I don't think Dallas's OL did that bad against JVille. Yeah they allowed some pressure but they looked better up front than we did against Minnesota.
If Carter and co. can consistently get pressure on Bledsoe, we should be able to score enough points to win.

Yeah great....
I gotta tell ya...I'm shaking.
Portis's status is in doubt, remember? I think he plays, but it has to give you pause. (well obviously not because you posted this.)
Springs is not playing, remember? You have no one to cover either of our wrs.
Your offense was hardly impressive. Our defense was not nearly as bad as you would like people to believe. Bad for you.
JJ played just fine vs a very good defense.
Our OL only gave up two sacks against the #3 sacking team last year that was arguably better with Brian Williams added to the secondary. We also ran the ball ok.
We are at home.
We won't make half the mistakes/penalties we did last week.
You lose.

Joe Gibbs said Portis will not play. That word is solid as oak. Ask tr1.
I'm Kidding. No need to hijack another thread on this.

Oh, we have our doubters here in Redskins-land...and then we have fans who know what Joe Gibbs can do..
And you also have fans who are realistic. Unlike yourself.
Last year, we were 5.5 dogs going to Dallas in week two. It was a huge game for the pukes...their star of fame game...... I know you like to believe this, but if it were so "huge", how come it wasn't even broadcasted on TV? Nobody cared that you beat us on the same day as the triplets going into the ring of honor. We cared that you beat us, yes, but not because it was "special"
We had just outlasted the Bears for a win a week earlier (btw, the Bears went on to be an 11-5 playoff team.)...
Ah yes, the bears. Have you taken a good look at thier division lately? Real tough for a team to go 11-5 in the NFC North. I'd bet my house that ANY team in the NFC East would win 13 games in that division.
For the first 50 odd minutes, it was minor advantage Dallas, and then, with two (actually it was about a half dozen) remarkable plays, the Skins shocked pukeville...oh the agony! .........
Minor advantage? HAHAHHAHAHAHA Yes, you won the game, congrats, but to say it was a "minor" advantage prior to the two bombs would be ridiculous. If it were a "minor" advantage, how come Gibbs was celebrating like he just won the lotto? Because he was getting his ass handed to him on a stick, and pulled out a miracle victory.
I like our chances this week. ......
Then you should be up for betting a sig on it?

You might want to go an check the tapes on that again dude neither team could move the ball neither team dominated the only way that Gibbs ass was being handed to him was in the scoreline which was 2FG's and a flea flicker trick play TD ... hardly bringing it .

Um...ask Jerrah if it was a big game. We embarrassed your franchise that night...you had us pegged for a win...that's why the ring of honor happened that night...

I believe skill pulled out the victory. It was one of the best come-from-behind victories in our franchise...sorry it sucked so bad for you.

No. I want to spare you the ridicule.

No way you really believe that. Those things are always on monday night so they get free publicity, and hopefully some airtime. For you to say it was because we had you pegged for a win is crazy.
The Bears are a good team. You're not being honest if you say otherwise...or, you could be uninformed.:
I'm originally from Chicago, and my second favorite team is the bears. I know all about them, and I never said they were bad. I said anyteam in the NFC east would win 13 games in that division. But I see you changed the argument. SHOCKER
No. I want to spare you the ridicule.

Snif...sniff...
I smell fear...you puke fans are afraid.
Will Bledsoe throw 3 INTs again?
Will JJ get over 50 yards?
Can the pukes get any pass rush?
Will Newman give up that TD?

Can the Redskins score another Td this year?
Is Portis gonig to play?
Did we waste more picks on Ducket?
Can we cover anyone?
Can we sack anyone?
Do we do anything other than throw screens?
Does Joe Gibbs do anything on the sideline other than complain?
Can Carter touch a qb?
Can Arch tackle guys under 10 yards down field?
Inquiring minds want to know!

Wow, that hurt.
Put me in the category of 'What's Up With Brunell?'
His focus is more on the pass rush than making plays...
But, the pukes played well...

September-18th-2006, 06:16 AM
No, if the Pukes had played well, the score would've been more like 40-10 or 40-3.
The Redskins are not the special team this year we had hoped for......not even close.

Good call there Mr. Roy Williams. JJ looked like ass. Newman was absolutely awful. Bledsoe sucked. We had NO pass rush the whole game. Our OL couldn't block for crap. It's stupid how close the Redskins were to putting up 64 points.
