Why in blazes are we not playing the whole game like we have in the last 8 minutes of the past 2 games? I see that if we can move the ball in the final quarter, why can't we move it all game long.
Look at our last drive against the Vikes! We played great and if it weren't for ARE running OB a little before the ist down marker, we could have made that field goal to tie it up.
Look at the last few drives against the Cowboys. We were coming up big. Just not when it could have made a difference.
I think that from here on out, our Skins are going to have to play every down like we are down 13 - 0 with 8 minutes left to play.
If we fold against the Texans, I am going to have a nervous breakdown.

HTTR!!!

Where are you guys?

I hate to be negative about this type of thing but umm....speaking on the last few minutes of the game

*we didn't score (isn't that the point?)
*we took 2 or 3 sacks (awful because they were only bringing 4 guys)
*Dallas had second stringers in and were in a prevent defense preventing the deep ball (bc of last years miracle)

Dont' worry bout the texans (let Gibbs and his offensive coordinator named sally do that) the texans suck

wow you guys don't know a darn thing. If a team is up that much in the final 2 minutes of a game, they aren't going to be blitzing and playing all out. They will be preventing the long touchdown and trying not to get any injuries. That is extremely obvious to any football fan.

The end of the last two games don't count much, we put up those numbers against a prevent defense, the defense gives you everything under so they don't get beat deep, but I understand what your saying , they should open up the passing game more, brunell needs to take some shots deep.

Ever hear of Prevent Defense? You know, the defense that doesn't prevent a damn thing. Do you know anything about football or are you just a member?

We can! All we have to do is convince opposing defenses that they're up 27-10 with 1 minute left in the game. Then we can march down the field at will!

I agree with this statement. I would also throw in that maybe it is helping Brunell to play with a faster tempo (ie No Huddle). It prevents him from "over thinking", he has to just focus on walking up snap the ball and get rid of it.

Thats not fair. You did not give us ample time to reply with a "No, we do not know what you would want to know". Seriously though when the defense is playing prevent is much easier to move the ball down the field. I think when teams begin to fear CP and the running game that should open up the passing game. Maybe Warpath has something with the no huddle, Brunell does not have time to think thing!
