Do you mean sign him? They released him? I couldn't tell if they released him or he is taking time off by reading the link.

He left the team himself which means he'll be put on a non-injury list. We can't sign him.

He got little playing time on the Panthers, doubt he is worth signing. He isnt available anyway.
