I've been wrong about them so far.

They started the season badly, but have gotten better...starting with us. :(

I only hope we play them tough here at home.

Thanks for the props. Though I get the feeling that once(or if) the Skins make the switch to Campbell, you guys will probably get a spark. Plus, you'll be a better team for it in 2007.

Yes, congrats. You are the class of the NFC East.

Yes I will offer my congratulations too. Manning played very smart football and that defense was on fire.

Fun game to watch, even at the end just to see how Romo did.

Until proven otherwise, the Giants are definitely the top team in the East.

They've earned it. Like WeownU said, the Giants are the class of the NFC East right now. They've got the Bucs at home this Sunday. The Bucs are on a high after that amazing win over the Eagles, and they have a new young QB and are hungry, but I doubt their D can stop Tiki. We'll see...good luck on Sunday in the "Barber Bowl"!

The Giants will win all their remaining games this season by at least two touchdowns.

I will say this....if Lavar is out, they will not beat the Eagles by 2 tds...maybe 1 to 3 points, but as long as McNabb is healthy and Westbrook is running around....it will be close.

Yeah, cause Lavar is the best defensive player ever!!!

The second game we play against them will be close no matter what. I don't see the Eagles being out of any games this year, given the two stipulations you mentioned of course.

If the Eagles couldn't hold home court over the Giants, there is no way, absolutely no way, they can win at The Meadowlands.

Losing Lavar won't hurt them much, trust me.

The defense has played better than expected and Eli has played better than expected. However, Eli still has to prove he can win in the playoffs.

To be fair, the Eagles' secondary had a lot of injuries that game. That said, I doubt that the Eagles will get 8 sacks next game and will completely take Tiki out of the game, and I think (or at least hope) that our D will be better than it was that game.

The Giants aren't in bad shape with the loss of Arrington. They have Blackburn, Torbor, and Wilkinson. Emmons will be back in a couple of weeks. They are fine LB'er wise. Just can't afford anymore injuries there.

Congrats Tom.

Neither team played well. Dallas played worse. Giants are a better team at this point.

They took advantage of opportunities, and Dallas didnt.

Tough to go into Dallas on a Monday night and win, but its a nice win for New York.

HeHateMe,

I don't think you can say that the Giants didn't play well. When you get 6 sacks, 4 INT"s (one for a TD) and rush for 155 yards against the number one rush D, I say you did something well.

I think the Cowboys got a lot of yards because the Giants' D was not prepared for Romo. Plus, some of it was prevent D and a blown coverage on that last TD. They went from can't move Bledose to fleet of foot Romo. I want to see what happens if a team has time to prepare for Romo.

I will say though that Eli looked a bit off. But the Giants played fairly well and I think the Cowboys not playing well had a lot to do with what the Giants were doing to them.

I have to say, Manning has impressed me tremendously. The whole team has, really. Between Manning and McNabb, man, I don't see how the Cowboys and Redskins aren't trailing in the East for at least the next 2 years. Yes, we both have guys we think are our QBs of the future but, Manning has a 2 year jump on them. HeHateMe, WeownU, we all could be in for a real long next few years. We need an overhaul on D, you need it on O, meanwhile, those 2 have franchise QBs and young, developing draft talent all over the place. Could get ugly, especially since neither of us are likely to win anything with our current coaches. Our teams, and specifically QBs, need more time than our coaches will be there to give.

Based on history the giants will beat the eagles again, one team has swept the other every year for like the last 7 or so years I think.

Neither team played well????????????????????? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhaha .

Thanks for the laugh, bro. The Giants pretty much swept the floor with your team. They came in, on the road, in back-to-back weeks, in a very tough place to play, and pretty much dominated from the get-go. The point total in the first half didn't reflect the serverity of the beating which your team received. Not to mention, if the Giants had rushed on 3rd and 1 instead of trying to hit the home run to Plaxico, which was intercepted, it would have been even uglier.

I don't know about you, but I'm sure glad we picked up Kiwanuka in the draft now, he has become a lot more important now that both Tuck and Umenyiora are nicked up. It may have looked like a dumb move at the time, but right now it looks to be rather smart, especially if he plays well.
