Video Joiner Program

Just wondering what a good video joiner is that can join any type of video, but also make the video size smaller.

I recorded the game in HD, but in total its 12 gigs, so im hoping I can drop them down to about 700mb each half, but keep the quality.

Like from when Novak missed the first one..to the very end?

No clue, ill have to find a program to join it before I could even give you an estimate. I know with the one program I used I could convert like 80mb down to 5mb with good quality, but I dont know, im trying out some programs I ran across, ill let you know.
