Please help me out a little

The last few weeks have been pretty solid for me, but now I am in last place in standings thanks to Rex Grossman and his turnovers. I've got Leinart and Rivers as backups, but Tony Romo is a free agent and I was wondering if I should drop one of my QBs to pick him up. Should he start over Grossman?
I also need help deciding which of my many solid recievers should start. Here is my lineup:

QB Grossman @ NYG
RB Dunn Vs CLE
RB T. Jones @ NYG
WR C. Johnson Vs SD
WR Driver @ MIN
WR Colston @ PIT
TE Cooley @ PHI
K Carney @ PIT
DEF Bears @ NYG

Bench:
QB Rivers @ CIN
QB Leinart Vs DAL
RB Alexander Vs STL (doubtful)
RB Barlow @ NE
WR Stallworth Vs WAS
WR Boldin Vs DAL

** Marques Colston can be either a WR or TE. Should I bench Cooley to accomodate Stallworth or Boldin? Should Donald Driver even be starting?**

Ok DEFINTELY put colson at TE, that should be considered cheating:)! I would pick up romo, i dont know who i would cut. I guess leinart but now fitz is coming back. Yeah cut leinart for Romo, and yes I would start Romo. So put colston and TE and give boldin the nod.

I'd just cut Leinart for Romo, but I'd keep the rest of the roster the same.
