considering 5/8 of the "experts" picked the ravens over the bengals, i'd say we're in pretty good shape for sun.

Surprised Schlereth and Salisbury took the Skins and Joey T. didn't!

Did you see Theismans record. What a loser. Now as a so called expert. How can an expert have such a terrible win loss record? Hey Joe, who's going to the Superbowl? I want to know who not to bet on!

Schlereth does speak out of both sides of his ass. He was talking like the Falcons were going to win on todays show. I wonder if it was a typeo or something. He said Vick would put the team on his back and win? Oh well. Never know what Shlereth is going to say.

Uhhhh, his record really isn't very much worse than anyone else on there...in fact his is pretty good.
He has lower overall picks because he announces on Monday night.

Why is it that guys from their old teams cannot be partial. Woodson picking the Cowboys to go to the Superbowl now. What the hell is wrong with these old rejects? ESPN needs to ban these guys from saying some of the stupid **** that comes out of there mouths. Cowboys couldn't beat the Redskins, and now they are good enough go to the Superbowl. Yeah, Woodson, really smart.

this is a 4-7 team against a 5-6 team that has lost 4 straight and has internal problems with owner/coach friction and the alienation of Vick.
the Redskins should be a favorite here playing at home but not by much more than the customary 3 points.
in fact I think the Redskins will win this game 20-17.
Golic hates the Redskins and regularly trashes the club on his morning show. He wouldn't pick the Redskins if we had a healthy Portis and Peyton Manning at quarterback and the Bears defense

I'm really surprised that everyone picked the cowboys to beat the giants. I think that one will be a real close game. Makes me sick how much cowboy love there is these days

ONCE AGAIN I have more right than any of them going into this week. I have 110 in my pick 'em, and the closest "expert" has 108. BTW I picked Cincinatti too. But I picked against us this week(I've picked against us every game so as not to jinx us ;)).

Giants are hurting and Strahan is not going to play. I think that makes a huge difference for NY. He is really their field leader. It is not Eli Manning. At this point in his career he doesn't have the bona fides to be their emotional leader.

The game plan is simple. Present no pass rush (check). Allow Vick ample time to pass (check) and let the Falcon WRs do the rest.

For the first time this season, the Redskins are playing an offense that plays right into the Redskins Defense's hands.

Salisbury's trying not to miss the Redskins 5-0 finish this year. I think I heard him saying something about walking from Bristol naked to DC...
oh wait, that was last year.

Theismann never picks the Redskins on purpose.
Exactly. In an interview during our streak at the end of last season, Joey T. said every time he picks us we lose, so he always picks against us on purpose.

Could be bad news...Cakes from the Sports Junkies picked the "Skins to win and he's usually wrong:laugh: On another note 3 outta 4 on Inside the NFL picked the Skins. I believe it was Costas who went with Atlanta. Did Costas ever put on a pair of shoulder pads?:silly:

What about Dallas getting love across the board, on the road, against a team with their back planted firmly against the wall?! Don't get me wrong, I love to see the Giants disrespected as much as the next guy, but this is absolute insanity. :stop:
The ESPN love affair with the Brokebacks has got to stop. When they're winning (oh, say 2 in a row) they are the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel. You might hear a story something like this: "A Johns Hopkins doctor was so inspired by Glenn's diving reception that he went out and cured cancer on Monday. We caught up with Glenn, who was knitting sweaters for the homeless at the Dallas chapter of the United Way, where he had this to say..."
When they lose, it's because they got jobbed in one way or the other. Its gotten so bad now that even Acuscore (or whatever the hell it is) has even been permiated by the maddness. Where does it end?!
