Line opened at Carolina -3.5 at most spots and has very quickly moved to Giants -2.5 and it may end up even higher.

I've seen line moves in the past with QBs as the reason, but rarely will a line shift this much.

Either speaks volumes to the importance of Delhomme or the ineptitude of Weinke.

Either way, the Giants are the big winners here getting the Panthers without their starting QB and with a QB who has thrown 12 passes the last 4 seasons.

My money is on the ineptitude of Weinke!

It is a switch to see the Giants get to take advantage of their opponent's injuries.

If that line can creep up to -3, I might jump on it too.

However, that revenge factor has to play some part in this one.

The line moves based on betting. Obviously, once it was found out that Jake D. was out, everyone started betting on the Giants. The oddsmakers didn't moive the line, the bettors did.

What once was going to be a very difficult game, just got a whole lot easier.

Two starting corners for Carolina out too? Should be a walk.

My money is on the ineptitude of Weinke!
Weinke sucks. He threw more balls at the Giants than at his team.

Eli should have lit up the Panthers with all their CB injuries.

delhomme is any better than what winkie did today. I have not been impressed with delhomme at all this year

You're right, we may see Basanez start mext week. I think they'll go back to Delhomme.
