DeMarcus Ware ... very deserving. Congrats to him and McBriar.
Funny thing, 4 NFC Pro Bowlers .... None will play in the playoffs.

Samuels? I guess he had a good year. At least we got one. :)

Best safety in the league for many years, imo. Taylor has a chance to be better, but he ain't there yet.

   so did a bunch of other good players. Hell Samuels made it....but then again, I guess in your eyes, half of the OL for the Skins were robbed while the entire defense got shafted too, especially Taylor who in your eyes is head and shoulders above Dawkins, right?
I mean as far as I can tell, if you don't play for the Washington Redskins, then you aren't a real NFL player, in your eyes right?

Does anyone know if the order on the page is how they were actually chosen?
Cause LT as pretty much an alternate is insane! (not to take anything away from LJ and Parker)

Yeah, I'd say he deserved one this year.
Taylor has the most overall tackles of any DB in the NFC this year, but didn't even get in. I didn't expect him to though. Would have been nice to see more than 1 player from our team. Cooley would be a good Alternate

Excellent point. IMO, he should be there in place of Smith. Smith got in off last year, he hasn't done much this year.

My beef is with the CBs.
It should be...
Ronde and Newman with Lito backing them up. Hell, even Lito and Newman. Ronde gets in because he beat the Eagles basically...

I'm concerned there are not enough redskins represented.
I was thinking Taylor, Washington, Samuels, Dockery, Portis, Moss, Cooley, Griffin, and Randle El on special teams.

If im not mistaken, Taylor, Washington, Cooley and Randle El are all alternatives.

What a year for Romo: starting QB for Dallas, a date with Jessica Simpson, and now the Pro Bowl? Are you kidding me? I don't agree with that choice ...
Yeah, I know, there aren't very many good QBs in the NFC .. but still.

I'm glad Shawn Andrews got it. This should be the first of about 9 straight for him. Once you get in as a lineman, unless you get old and horrible or you play completely deteriorates, you'll get in every year.

Look at the numbers. Garcia deserved to go more than Romo.

Dawkins deserves it, everyone knows that.
Williams doesn't, everyone but cownut chuggers know that.

While i don't agree with Romo going to the pro-bowl....I don't agree that Garcia has been better.
Garcia has been good at protecting the football, but Romo has been much more accurate and has a much higher yards per completion.
Not to mention he is second to Manning in Rating.
Again, not that I think Romo should be in because he has a lot to prove, I would still put him in over Garcia.
Garcia has been very good though.

Garcia hasn't played enough games, that's why. Plus people love Romo, for whatever reason. McNabb was def. going to make it, but obviously when he went down that went out. There just aren't that many good QB's in the NFC. NFCE will dominate xext year's pro-bowl qb's:
Romo, McNabb, and Campbell :D

yep, I agree, the kid is a beast lineman and deserved to be named to the pro-bowl team.

NFC QB: Brees, Bulger, Romo
AFC QB: Manning, Palmer, Rivers
For whoever asked why the AFC has been so much better than the NFC, look at the Pro Bowl selections for QB. Some QBs that weren't picked in the AFC: Brady, McNair, Pennington.

Do people really think Roy Williams is deserving?
Not trying to rile people, just asking a real question.

Coming from a Cowboy fan, I don't think he deserves it and it is more on name recognition.
But it is a weak SS field and he does have the stats the Joe Fan would just think is impressive. And unless you watch a lot of Dallas football and just miss him getting toasted often, you might just think he is the best. To me, he's just as limited as Taylor is for you guys. Capable of making "Jacked Up!" versus the running game at any time, but a walking talking liability in coverage.
I am glad Adrian Wilson got the starting nod so at least it shows that the coaches and players are paying attention even if the fans aren't.
