Mehoffer is an actual last name, just like there are many Mike Hunts out there. There are funny names out there, and people like to use the nick name that makes their last name even funnier all the time.

In highschool we used to laugh so hard at the phone book, there was a gynocologist listed in the phone book as Harry Beaver gyn. We knew the guys kid, the guy went by Harry.

Now thats not saying that this guy didnt slip by the screener Im just saying I wouldnt be suprised if they checked up on the guy and he was legit. I think chomo's dig on foxnews, while predictible, doesnt fully take into account all the funny names that are out there floating arround.

The FoxNews screener DID check up on Jack to make sure he was legit, and his room-mates Seymore Butts, Heywood Jablome and Ben Dover confirmed that Mehoffer was his real last name.
